Phone lines are busy at 8 a.m., patients forget their appointments, and the front desk keeps the day in a notebook. Each missed visit is an empty slot nobody can fill.
About this concept
A studio concept that shows how we approach mobile product design for a small clinic. It is not a client project, and the imagery is generated.

How it works
A patient picks a doctor and a time and confirms in three steps. The day before, a reminder arrives where they actually read messages. If plans change, they move or cancel the visit in two taps, and the slot opens for someone else. The front desk sees the whole day on one screen.

Decisions that mattered
Three steps, no account first
Doctor, time, confirm. Asking for a full profile before the booking is where most people give up.
Reminders where patients read
A WhatsApp or push reminder the day before does more for no-shows than any in-app badge.
A staff view readable at a glance
Front-desk staff work between phone calls and patients. Their day view shows who is next and who has not checked in, in large type.
What you get
- A booking flow for patients (app or web)
- Reminders before each visit
- Reschedule and cancel in two taps
- A day view for the front desk
- An admin for doctors, rooms and hours
What shapes the scope
- Number of doctors and branches
- Online payment or pay at the clinic
- Connection to existing patient records
- Platforms: Android, iPhone, web
A studio concept with illustrative imagery. It shows how we plan this kind of work and makes no claim about a delivered client project.
